When you drop off at Lampoons, you're dealing directly with the owners doing the work.
Cort built and ran Lampoons for several years and developed the specialty-meat side of it. Jason bought in as a 50% owner in 2026 after years of hands-on wild-game processing. Customers deal directly with the two owners doing the work.
Jason's strongest on intake, skinning, breakdown and cutting. Cort's strongest on the fine-processing and specialty side. Both of us work throughout the process — that's the whole point.
Specialty meats, smoking & seasoning
Cort has operated Lampoons for several years and built out the specialty-processing side of the business.
If it's smoked, seasoned, ground or stuffed, it went through Cort.
Intake, skinning, breakdown & caping
Jason bought 50% of Lampoons in 2026. He's got about six years of hands-on wild-game field processing behind him.
He's personally cleaned, skinned, broken down and trophy-caped hundreds of deer and stags.
