5 lb minimum per product and per flavor. Specialty processing is priced by raw/wet weight before cooking, smoking or packaging.

Same price for every flavor. Pricing is based on raw starting weight.

House and specialty summer sausage, in roughly 1–3 inch logs.

Fresh bratwurst links, standard 75/25 venison-pork blend.

Ground in roughly 1 lb bags, or in links.
